Tracking the Progress of your order
  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
  • Your online payment is validated by our payment partner: Mollie - who will send an email notifying that payment is successful.
  • Once we receive notification of payment, we will start to process your order and prepare your package for shipment.
  • Depending on the chosen shipping method, your package will be picked up by the courier.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track&Trace link so you can track your package.
  • If payment was successful - we promise to ship the product within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on Mondays.
